After a refreshing plunge, we offer healthy and balanced meals, buffet-style or served on the plate by our Chef.
Enjoy the quality of Indonesian-French dishes prepared from fresh ingridients, from starter to dessert.  We handpick the organic, locally-grown food from our garden. While we carefully select our seafood according to the catch of the day.

All of our products are Fair Trade Certified. Our fish and seafood are responsibly sourced as we avoid overharvested or endangered species. All of our utensils, cloth napkins, glass cups, silver wear, ceramic dishes are reusable and/or biodegradable. We made our own organic dishwashing soap used in our entire property that are totally non-toxic. All waste from the kitchen and restaurant is sorted and separated. We donate leftover food to local village or non profit organization and/or compost.
